I’m working on a decorative curved fence for my yard, and was needing some input on consructing the curved stringers. We’re looking at about an 18′ fence on a 24-30′ radius. Probably in 4 sections. I’m thinking about PT 2×6’s mitered and joined with splines to form the rough curves. How do I cut the final smooth curve on each section? Does using a router seem like the best option? what kind of guide system might work best?
Also, how do I calculate the miters to make up each section of the stringers.
A little noodlin’ and cyperin’ heip would be appreciated
